Travel Soccer
Travel soccer is the next step in the KASL Soccer program. This is the first time in the player’s soccer career that the score is kept and has meaning. Travel stresses the competitive side of soccer where playing time (except as noted in the try-out policy) is determined by ability, attitude and attendance. Coaches have control over the player’s playing time. Travel soccer also prepares the player for high school soccer and classic soccer, where the competition is greater.
The goal in travel is to teach children to compete at a higher level. Each team works toward winning the Travel Tournament in Edinboro.
